Worked out at 2 g/cm³, so the real weight is a little lower.

What can be ordered

Section
Round, square, trapezoidal or another shape; along its length the tube can also be a truncated cone or pyramid. No undercuts, or the mandrel will not come out.
Thread
Wound straight into the inner wall, without cutting the fibres.
Through holes
Formed during winding: the fibres go round the hole instead of being cut.
Inserts
Threaded metal or another material, wound in with the tube.
Tube in tube
A second tube wound over the first, for higher flexural strength.
Sandwich
An inner layer of another material against heat or corrosion, with fibreglass outside for strength.
Length
Up to 2300 mm, up to 4000 mm as a special order.
Finishing
The outer diameter is machined to size and the length cut to order; natural colour or coloured.
